The MACH30 is a product designed for Mobile
and Industrial Application, the design of the
product is based on a closed center pre-pressure
compensated technology.
The MACH30 valve is available to work either
with L.S. variable displacement pump or fix
displacement pump.
This document offers the most standard configuration.

Description
FSP is both a proportional and a digital spool position
transducer.
in order to read the position of the spool, it must
be installed on the hydraulic valve together with a
proper permanent magnet.
FSP - Spool position transducer
Features
It must be supplied with a stabilized + 5Vdc.
Gives as output both proportional and couple of
digital signals.
The proportional output is within the range 0.5 ÷ 2.5
÷ 4.5V.
The two digital outputs are active in center and only
one of them turns off at a time to indicate which side
the spool has moved.
Comes with a cable 30 cm long and a M12 male
connector.

HYDRAULIC FLUID:
We recommend the use of mineral-based oils with charac-
teristics and physical chemical properties suitable for the
use on mobile equipment and hydraulic systems.
Examples of the types that can be used:
MINERAL BASE OIL type HL (DIN 51524 part 1)
MINERAL BASE OIL type HLP (DIN 51524 part 2)
For any other use with Hydraulic ecolological or water-
based fluids please contact our technical department.
WORKING TEMPERATURE:
Our products are designed to operate at fluid tempera-
tures between -20°C to +80°C while the ambient tempera-
ture range can go from -30°C to +60°C.
For details and conditions outside these parameters,
please contact our technical department.
CONTAMINATION CLASSES:
ISO 4406: the norm is expressed with 3 numbers that will
determine the quantity of solid particles in 1 ml of fluid larg-
er than 4/6/14 microns.
NAS 1638: the norm is expressed by one number that de-
termines the number of particles of different sizes present
in 100 ml of fluid.
FILTRATION:
Our products are made from high strength materials ma-
chined with high precision and in many cases grinded,
therefore contamination of the system becomes the major
cause of problems relating to their operation.
Elt Fluid recommends an average level of filtration of the
hydraulic system equal if not exceed the following values :

VISCOSITY:
The viscosity classes are described in accordance to ISO
DIN standard, the values expressed in ISO-VG indicate that
the medium viscosity of the fluid at 40°C (mm -2/so cen-
tistokes cSt).
Elt Fluid for proper operation is recommending for proper
operation of all components a viscosity that can go from
15 cSt to 250 cSt.
SETTING OF THE VALVES:
Our products are designed to meet the needs of each in-
dividual customer, so we offer the possibility to customize
the settings using based on the needs customers.
All required values are setted with a max. input flow equal
to 4 l/min, all values and ranges stated in the catalog are
properly sized to work with large safety margins.

TIGHTENING TORQUE:
To ensure optimum operation over time without incurring
in locking problems of the various internal components, it’s
necessary to respect, for each cartridge, the values of the
torques indicated on each product page.

CHARACTHERISTIC CURVE:
The diagrams and technical specifications contained in this
catalog are the results of tests carried out on the test bench
with mineral oil having a viscosity grade ISO VG 46 cSt at
40°C with a degree of cleanliness of the system conforms to
ISO 4406 19/17/14 NAS grade 8 1638.
MANIFOLD MATERIAL:
Our manifold are designed and manufactured so that they
can have maximum resistance values and quality.
The manifold are built from aluminum bars anodized.
CARTRIDGE VALVE MATERIAL:
The external components are manufactured using high qual-
ity steel, the outer parts are almost always zinc plated to
guarantee satisfactory duration values in salt spray.
The internal parts are hardened and grinded to ensure maxi-
mum performance in terms of durability and leakage under
high pressure.
COILS:
ED: All of our coils are designed to work with ED 100% in an
ambient temperature range from -20°C to +40°C it is impor-
tant to observe the values of the nominal voltage of the coil.
For proper operation of the coils it’s recommended to posi-
tion them properly vented.
INSULATION CLASS:
All our coils are made by copper wires class H, depending on
the encapsulation we can offer Class H or Class F.
The class H coil allows the use with a temperature up to 180°C
while the max temperature of a class F coil is up to 155°C.
IP CLASSES:
The protection of our coil with DIN connector is normally IP65,
to maintain over time this std. the seals of the connectors
must always be mounted properly.
CURRENT AND VOLTAGE VALUES:
The voltage can vary from a ± 10% of nominal value indicated
on the product page of the catalog without producing visible
malfunction.
Our solenoid valves are designed to operate working by con-
tinuous current.

Technical Specification
SEALS:
O-ring are made from material Acrylonitrile Butadiene (Buna-
N) for operating temperatures ranging from -30°C to +100°C.
Back-up rings: are made of poly-tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
For some products integral polyurethane seals TPU are used.
STORAGE PRODUCTS IN STOCK:
The valves should be stored away from direct sunlight at a
temperature range between -20°C to +50°C away from
sources of heat and ozone.
It is recommended to leave the products in their original
packaging until use.

SUBJECT:
The following terms and conditions are intended to regu-
late all services provided by Elt Fluid unless otherwise
agreed between the parties.
ORDERS REGULATIONS:
1) Orders to be considered valid and binding must always be confirmed by Elt Fluid in writing (including by e-mail or fax).
2) Orders must be received by Elt Fluid in a complete and written form (name of customer, order number, refer-
ence to any offer Elt Fluid, prices of individual products ordered, date of issue, the originator address and a clear de-
scription of products and quantities required.)
3) Elt Fluid after 4 working days, in the absence of any communication or customer notification from dispatch of the
order confirmation will consider the order valid.
PRICES:
The prices set by Elt Fluid or agreed upon with the custom-
er shall remain valid up to the total order or for the agreed
period unless otherwise communicated by Elt Fluid.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
1) The parties agree to the terms of payment at the beginning of the supply, they are also confirmed in the order confirmation.
2) In case of delay in payment Elt Fluid will be entitled to require the interest of late payment with an annual interest
rate of minimum 4%.
3) In the event of late payment Elt Fluid will be entitled to exercise the suspension of customer purchase orders.
TRANSPORTS:
Unless agreed in writing between the parties, transport
and shipping costs of the products sold are considered
to be always a customer duty (EX WORKS INCOTERMS).
The possible risks of damage to the product in transit shall
be deemed to be paid by the customer, who can, if neces-
sary, refer them later on used shipping agent.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
All Elt Fluid products are subject to specific testing/checks
to ensure the functionality and compliance in accordance
with the specifications listed in the catalogs and/or technical
specifications sent to the customer.
In the event of non-conformity, the customer can request the
ship back of the material at our facility where qualified and
competent personnel will carry out the necessary checks.
Then, if necessary, Elt Fluid will apply the appropriate ac-
tions in order to maintain/improve the quality standards.
FINAL HYDRAULIC CHECK:
All our products are subjected to 100% functional testing
to verify implements the actual functionality and reliability
of all their components.
The functional tests are carried out at a fluid temperature
between 30°C and 40°C.
The functional tests are performed using ISO VG 32 hydrau-
lic oils with a viscosity value of 32 cSt at a temperature of
40°C.
COMPLAINTS:
The possible claims related to the packaging or the ship-
ment should be reported in writing to Elt Fluid after 5 work-
ing days max. In the event of malfunctions or problems with
the operation of our products, please note that complaints
or dispute must be submitted in writing within 18 months
from the day of delivery.
It should be noted that even in the event of complaints or
claims the customer has not in any case the right to sus-
pend or delay payments previously agreed.

WARRANTY:
Elt Fluid ensures its customers that its products are free
from problems of reliability and quality for a period of 18
months following the date of manufacture marked on each
product.
Therefore Elt Fluid is committed to the replacement/repair
of non-conforming products when the liability is attributable
to it and not to the result of improper use by the customer
either as installation of application.
Please note that for all defects or failures to comply, Elt
Fluid requires detailed reporting of the problems in writing
within the above mentioned period (18 months).
Elt Fluid in the above cases of lack of quality is only obliged
to repair or replace the non-conforming components, for
so it will be free for any damage cost , repair costs or any
other costs incurred by the customer for a non-conformity
unless otherwise agreed between parties.
Please note that this warranty supersedes in its entirety
any form of warranty or liability under the law, also raises
Elt Fluid from any kind of subjective or objective liability in
relation to the goods supplied.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
Elt Fluid, if needed, provides to all customers field technical sup-
port to solve non conformity or technical assistance in order to
set up and/or evaluate functionality of the product supplied.
In the event of non-conformity claim not related to Elt Fluid,
all costs incurred for the various checks will be invoiced to
the customer unless otherwise agreed between parties.
RETENTION OF TITLE:
The products supplied are Ellt Fluid property until the complete
granted payment is done as per sales documentation (invoice).
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Elt Fluid requires its customers to keep secret all technical
and/or commercial shared information, for Elt Fluid ensures
the utmost professionalism in keeping secret and confidential
any information that is made aware of.
All rights and technical information stated on the drawings,
products or anything else made with brand Elt Fluid remain the
property of Elt Fluid unless otherwise authorized in this regard.
FORMS OF LAW:
All deliveries made and agreed upon by Elt Fluid are governed by these Terms and Conditions and to the extent not
described in detailed ways by the Italian law.
